Why did you change the current ChemVIP system?
Celanese finished improving the ChemVIP.com website. ChemViP will give you the information regarding to your business with Celanese whenever you need it. I would like to point out just a view enhanced features we included:

  • More user friendly system
  • Information is easier to find
  • Orders can be placed in less time by creating templates to reduce re-entering items frequently ordered or utilizing the Re-Ordering feature
  • Capability to place multiple products into a single order
  • Capability to reprint Order Acknowledgement from previous orders
  • Capability to reprint CoA's, invoices and shipping documents

Do I need to get a new ChemVIP Login ID and Password?
Yes! Celanese will send you an email with your login id and password. As soon as you receive the mail, you can start with the new ChemVIP version.

What if I have forgotten my current ChemVIP Login ID and Password?
If you lost or forgott your password, or if your password has expired, please click on "Regions" to find the contact details for your ChemViP Administrator. She/he will reset your password.

Will I have the capability to still use my own Language?
Yes, ChemViP still has multiple Language capabilities. Please contact your ChemViP Administrator to change the language for you.

Will Certificates of Analysis be available on-line?
Yes, Certificates of Analysis will be available for all shipments originating from any Celanese plant or terminal. These will be displayed to you as “pdf” documents on the web site that you can then print to your local printer.
